Fantastic Beasts: Ranking Every Character From Worst To Best

5. Tina Goldstein

The central four characters in Fantastic Beasts are probably the most interesting human characters by some distance, and it's almost a shame that their story and the focus on the plot around the creatures isn't pushed more in this first film.

Of the four, Tina is definitely the least interesting (though that's not a bad reflection of her at all): she has a good heart and wants to be a good Auror, but it might have perhaps been better if both of those things were developed a little more.

Because of the way the plot is weighted we don't get to see much more than flashes of that, but she builds enough good will that when she's threatened with execution you do genuinely feel the threat.
