1. It Doesn't Justify A Five-Movie Series

Probably the most baffling thing to take away from the film is that J.K. Rowling and Warner Bros. are planning to launch a five-film franchise off the back of...this?

There's little doubt that the film's going to be a box office juggernaut, but it's such a blandly down-the-line effort that it's hard to get hyped about the next movie (which is fully set-up already, by the way), let alone another three afterward.

There's absolutely no reason why the franchise can't improve from this point with a riskier sequel now that it's established a firm audience base, but at the same time, Warner Bros. may simply pressure Rowling to churn out more of the same, especially if this one cracks the billion-dollar mark (which it could very well do).
