6. Alexander Skarsgard

You know Alexander Skarsgard as the son of Stellen Skarsgard, of course, and though Stellen have established himself to a better degree in the motion picture world, there's no denying that Jr. is a capable and talented actor, too. So Alexander Skarsgard actually feels like an actor who would naturally fit into a world alongside actors like Kate Mara and Jamie Bell - not to forget his appropriately European origins (he's from Sweden), and that icy, menacing look in his eyes. Skarsgard is a regular fixture on TV's True Blood, of course, where he plays vampire bad guy - smoldering and a frequent object of desire - Eric Northman. There's no reason why he couldn't embody his Doctor Doom in a similar sort of fashion - a young genius and billionaire who is renowned for his good looks (and love of the ladies) just as much as he is for his intellect. And as with his old man, there's also something inherently "off" about him - creepy, even?
