3. Christian Cries For The First Time Ever

For reasons that make absolutely no sense, Ana falls into a coma for three days after being smacked in the face by Jack, and upon awakening, is met by a distraught, relieved Christian.

He tells Ana he's ready to have a baby and was just scared, at which point he begins to cry, much to Ana's surprise, as earlier in the movie Elliot tells her that he's never, ever seen Christian cry since they were kids.

The subtlety as Ana says to Christian, "Are you crying?", while a flood of tears stream down his face, is nothing short of astounding.
