Emily Browning as Baby Doll, a chick confined to a mental institution by her evil stepfather, who intends to have her lobotomized in five days.
Vanessa Hudgens, Jena Malone, Jamie Cheung and
Abbie Cornish play her innmates who also travel into the alternative world.
