George Clooney's third directorial effort is
Leatherheads, an old fashioned sporting romantic comedy that he himself stars in alongside
Renee Zellweger and
John Krasinski.
The movie, directed and co-written by George Clooney, stars the Syriana Oscar winner as the coach of a wannabe pro football team in the 1920s. The title of the film, out Dec. 7, refers to the thin leather helmets of early football.
First image of the flick is above. Not really all that exciting I know, but I will probably give this movie a spin December time. Clooney is two for two as a director as far as I'm concerned and although this probably interests me the least out of all the projects he has helmed so far, I wanna see if he can make that elusive hat trick of good quality films. source -
