Few horror franchises are quite as iconic and beloved as the Friday the 13th series.

Sure, the franchise may have served up some duds at times, but that’s so often par for the course when it comes to long-standing series. And at ten standard films, a crossover picture, and a remake, it’s fair to say that the Friday the 13th franchise series is most certainly a long-standing one.

With ongoing legal disputes meaning that it doesn’t look like we’ll be getting any new F13 action for the foreseeable future, there’s still thankfully so much of the existing movies that’s always worth a revisit.

Upon just such a revisit, you’re often greeted with some truly gnarly kills from the hulking Jason Voorhees, of course. How well do you remember the body count amassed by Jason, though?

For those wondering, there’s no deaths included here from the first Friday the 13th film (due to the killer there being Pamela Voorhees) or from Friday the 13th: A New Beginning (due to that movie’s killer being Jason copycat, Roy Burns). However, both Freddy vs. Jason and the 2009 Friday the 13th remake are fair game.
