Frozen 2: 8 Revelations From The First Trailer

Of course, the biggest question the trailer raises is what in the name of Walt himself is going on with all of these fall leaves?

Their first appearance in the trailer sees them being brushed aside ominously by the wind before shortly thrusting a blonde-haired boy into the air. All of this happens in the presence of a brand new character, a younger looking girl who has yet to be identified.

The next shot is the trailer's big money shot of Anna, Elsa, Kristoff, Sven, and Olaf all together on a mountain top, overlooking a landscape that is entirely full of trees with these fall leaves. While some on the internet have already theorized that this could be the team venturing the new locations, the horrified look on Elsa's face in the shot makes it seem more like this might be an already thawed part of Arendelle.

Pairing all of this with the leaf that whooshes around the title reveal, it's apparent that these leaves will play a big role in the sequel. Considering the crystals and their elemental designs once again, there's a strong chance that one of the new antagonists in this film will be a wielder of seasonally fall-based abilities.

Between the still-unidentified girl standing in the first shot of the leaves and the fact that Disney has yet to confirm the roles of new cast members such as Sterling K. Brown or Evan Rachel Wood, there's plenty of new characters who could be the cause of all of this.
