Full Deadpool 2 Trailer Will Arrive With Black Panther
Happy Valentine's Day, 'Pool fans.
Deadpool 2's release date was recently moved forward to May 18, and now we also know when to expect the first official trailer for the movie.
According to Collider, our first proper look at the currently untitled sequel will arrive online on Valentine's Day, which is a nice nod to the first film, whose marketing was heavily built around the special occasion. After that, it'll play in cinemas with Marvel's Black Panther, which makes a lot of sense given that looks like having a huge opening.
So far we haven't really seen a great deal from the movie, save for the Bob Ross inspired teaser that dropped last year. That was rather light on footage though, save for Ricky Bak-, er, Julian Dennison's fiery mutant and a few of the key players from the first film.
The new trailer, though, will surely drop some bigger plot hints, and give us a proper look at the two major newcomers: Josh Brolin's Cable, and Zazie Beets' Domino. Presumably, the movie's official title will be unveiled then as well.
