Ghost In The Shell Trailer Breakdown: 21 Things You Need To See

Easily one of the most talked-about aspects of the movie is the fact that it has a PG-13 rating and, well, the anime doesn't.

In addition to its plentiful gore, the anime features Major Kusanagi wearing a skin-tight suit for a shell, which many fans over the years have mistakenly believed to be the Major's nude body, due to nipples poking through the suit and the extreme tightness of the shell.

Hopefully most fans can agree that it's not the end of the world if Johansson's curvaceous form isn't on full display for all to see (there's always Under the Skin for that), and in fairness, the live-action body suit looks pretty decent.

For those that care, it still shows off Johansson's curves while giving her a little more modesty than the anime, and its appearance also seems to be more modular than in the anime.

In short, it's not the PG-13 disaster you were probably expecting. It's just fine.
