14. Yep, That's Juliette Binoche
The legendary Juliette Binoche is sure to bring a major dose of class to the movie, playing Dr. Ouelet, a new character for this movie who is presumed to be the pioneering scientist behind the shell technology.
She tells Major, "You are the first of your kind, but you're not invulnerable," to which Major replies, "Maybe next time you can design me better."
It would surprise roughly nobody if Binoche had a glorified cameo role for an easy paycheck, but it's still better to have these actors in the movie than not, and her interactions opposite Johansson should ensure the movie emphatically passes the Bechdel Test (if you think of Major as a woman, of course).
