12. Agents Hawkins & Rorke (Michael K. Williams & Matt Walsh)

These two FBI agents work for Mayor Bradley (Andy Garcia) and are memorable largely because they're played the incredibly talented Michael K. Williams and Matt Walsh.

Their part in the movie isn't much more than to carry out Bradley's orders and basically clash with the Ghostbusters, but they both do terrific work with small roles and are far more memorable than several bigger characters as a result.

These are the sorts of supporting characters you would hope to re-appear in the sequel, perhaps in a bigger role, because they were too entertaining to be wasted on just one movie. Plus, Matt Walsh really should be in more big films.
