Guardians Of The Galaxy: 12 Lingering Questions We Still Have

12. How Will Everyone Fit In?

Marvel StudiosMarvel StudiosThis movie has a huge cast and some absolutely fantastic actors are involved - some of whom even have minor parts - so it will be interesting to see how the heck James Gunn and Marvel Studios get the balance right to fit everyone in. Of course, we've seen big comic book movie casts before - The Avengers and X-Men: Days of Future Past spring to mind - but those movies consisted of mostly established cinematic characters. Guardians of the Galaxy has the tough task of fitting everyone in and giving them origin stories or, at the very least, establishing who they are. We have Chris Pratt as Peter Quill AKA Star-Lord, Zoe Saldana as Gamora, Dave Bautista as Drax the Destroyer, Vin Diesel as Groot, Bradley Cooper as Rocket Raccoon, Lee Pace as Ronan, Michael Rooker as Yondu, Karen Gillan as Nebula, Djimon Hounsou as Korath, John C. Reilly as Rhomann Dey, Glenn Close as Nova Prime Irani Rael, Benicio del Toro as Taneleer Tivan AKA The Collector, Josh Brolin as Thanos, Ophelia Lovibond as Carina, Peter Serafinowicz as a Nova Corps Officer, confirmed cameos from Nathan Fillion, Stan Lee and Lloyd Kaufman, as well as unspecified roles for Laura Haddock, Gregg Henry, Stephen Blackehart, Emmett J. Scanlan, Marama Corlett, Alexis Rodney, Melia Kreiling and Spencer Wilding. It's a truly remarkable and stellar cast, but how on Earth everyone is going to have enough screen-time for viewers to figure out who they all are is an unenviable task for the people behind the movie. Here's hoping they pull it off!
