9. Which Of The Infinity Stones Is The Orb?
Marvel StudiosIt's fairly nailed-on that the mysterious orb (which we believe is simply going to be called "the Orb") that we've seen in the trailers is going to be the latest Infinity Stone. We've had the Tesseract and the Aether so far (believed to be the Marvel Cinematic Universe versions of the Space Gem and the Power Gem, respectively), and it is strongly hinted that there is an additional Infinity Stone in the sceptre wielded by Loki in the Avengers movie (likely to be the Soul Gem or Mind Gem equivalent), but what will this new piece of the puzzle that is the Infinity Gauntlet be? Reality, Time, Soul and Mind remain unconfirmed, so it is obviously going to be one of those four and it will be very interesting to see exactly what it can do. It is clearly very sought after, with Thanos, the Collector and Peter Quill - at the very least - all confirmed to be looking for it.
