3. Phyla-Vell - Sienna Miller
Phyla is one of the best female characters in comic book lore; strong, likeable, and basically a complete badass, able to shoot energy blasts from her hands and even absorb attacks and deflect them. What's more, her secret weapon is the Quantum Bands, which can manipulate energy to create solid constructs, protect themselves from mental assaults, and even give the wearer the ability to
fly, allowing for all manner of crazy prospects. Though Sienna Miller might seem like unconventional casting for a role like this - given that her major experience with a blockbuster was G.I. Joe, and she's more partial to talky dramas - but we think the underrated actress could, with the right make-up and costume, completely nail the character. This is the role that might allow Miller to break out of her rut and demonstrate her fierce, visceral, mainstream appeal.
