1. "I'm Mary Poppins, Y'all!"
Towards the end of the film's climax, the undisputed best line in the entire movie is uttered. The Internet has already had a field day with this line and it will likely be quoted for years and years to come.
Following a battle, Yondu and Peter are carefully descending down to the surface, with the former holding his arrow like an umbrella as he peacefully floats down. Taking notice, Peter then turns to his father-figure and quips that he looks just like Mary Poppins. Confused, Yondu simply asks "is he cool?" to which Peter replies in the affirmative. Yondu then looks towards his comrades, then confidently proclaims "I'm Mary Poppins, Y'all!" at the top of his lungs.
This bit is absolutely brilliant. It combines the sheer unexpectedness of scenes like the Hasselhoff cameo with the sheer hilarity of a hardened space criminal boldly comparing himself to a fictional nanny from a children's movie who loves to sing about made up words and being none the wiser. Truly this is the apex of Michael Rooker's career.
It comes out of left field in the best way possible and it is undoubtedly the funniest moment in the entire film.
