Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol 2: 25 WTF Moments

1. The Post-Credits Cameos

After he appeared in pupal form in the first movie, the revelation that Adam Warlock is now heading to the MCU after being created by Ayesha as a weapon against the Guardians is a great little switch up. Okay, so it makes the Easter Egg in the first movie a little redundant, but it's great to see the plans for the third movie mapped out already.

This all also makes the rumour that Peter Dinklage is playing Pip the Troll in Avengers: Infinity War pretty confusing, unless the set-up for Guardians Vol 3 is misdirection and we'll actually see Warlock in that film too? He was a key part of the Infinity Saga storyline after all.

Even more surprising is the reveal of the original Guardians of the Galaxy team, headed by Sylvester Stallone's Stakar. The cameos of Ving Rhames, Michelle Yeoh and Miley Cyrus seem too starry for this not to set up a spin-off, but would Marvel really sanction a straight villains team movie? it'd be a pretty bold choice even for James Gunn.
