Halloween Horror Nights 2023 Houses Hype List - Ranked!

2. Universal Monsters: Unmasked

HHN Halloween Horror Nights Universal Monsters
Universal Orlando Resort

The House:

Set in the bone filled catacombs of Paris, you'll find yourself coming face to face with some of Universal Monsters best creations. The Phantom of the Opera, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Dr. Jekyll and Mr Hyde as well as Dr. Jack Griffin, aka The Invisible Man will all be making an appearance in this house. Will you make it out alive?

The Hype:

Although Universal Monsters is considered an IP house due to its use of popular characters, there always seems to an original house feel to each year. Unique stories with familiar faces always makes for a great and scary maze.

This year sees HHN move away from Frankenstein’s monster, Dracula and the Mummy to lesser used characters. We can't wait to experience them in a house of their own. These characters are definitely some of Universal's more sinister ones so think seeing them all together will be a treat.

The last time some of these characters were used was in 2019's Universal Monsters house. We loved the anthology house and think the dark and Parisian setting will make a beautiful and terrifying house.
