9. Attacked Ron When He Came Back To The Tent
Ron makes a big blunder in The Deathly Hallows. Sick of being hungry and living in a tent all the time, he leaves Harry and Hermione after a heated row and disapparates into the night.
With the help of Dumbledore’s deluminator, Ron manages to find his way back and quickly redeems himself by saving Harry’s life and destroying one of Voldemort’s Horcruxes.
And how does Hermione react? She storms up to her ‘friend’ and starts walloping him with a bag. Sure, she doesn’t do any serious damage, but her behaviour is incredibly disrespectful. Harry – who’s had plenty of angry outbursts in the past – is much more mature. He’s genuinely pleased to see Ron and treats him with the respect he deserves.
Some Harry Potter fans sympathise with Hermione’s reaction, but when you consider the bigger picture, Ron really deserved better.
