20. Arthur Weasley - Tinkering With Outlawed Muggle Artifacts

Arthur Weasley seemingly walked out of sitcom. Well-meaning, oblivious, hard-working, and a little goofy, he is occasionally portrayed as a lovable older version of his children; another challenge for poor Molly Weasley to manage.

Working for the Ministry of Magic in the Department of Muggle Affairs, Arthur famously is perplexed by the functions of a rubber duck, much to Harry's amusement. But it's that passion that sometimes gets the better of old Arthur.

After all, despite Ron and Harry getting into a good deal of trouble in the second book for stealing the Weasley's flying car when they miss the train to Hogwarts, it is, after all, Arthur that is in possession of a specifically unregistered form of flying transportation.

Like the rest of the family, Arthur doesn't inherently do anything bad, but has a tendency to cause a good deal of headaches.
