Harry Potter: The Worst Thing Every Order Of The Phoenix Member Did

Charlie Weasley is known almost exclusively throughout the series of books as being the animal-minded brother of the Weasley family. Leaving Hogwarts, Charlie found work in Romania working with dragons.

His natural affinity to this career made him particularly suited to the work, eventually appearing in book 4 to provide Hogwarts with the dragons that served as impediments during the first event of the Triwizard Tournament.

Charlie isn't greatly elaborated upon in later books, save for a line indicating that he'd be returning to Romania in order to gather additional forces for the order. However, that plot is seemingly dropped by Rowling.

However, what if that isn't the case? What if the Order was depending on Charlie's connections providing him access to allies that simply never came? Charlie was called upon to bolster their forces against the onslaught of Voldemort, and it was in that task he came up short.
