Hermione, along with Ron, aided Harry in the Battle of Hogwarts, and realised she loved Ron as much as he loved her when they went to the Chamber of Secrets to destroy the Hufflepuff cup horcrux.

After the battle she went on to marry Ron and have two children, Rose and Hugo Weasley.

As you probably already guessed, Hermione did go back to sit her exams - and we assume passed with flying colours. She then went on to work at the Ministry, like Harry and Ron, in the Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures, where she was an advocate for the rights of House Elves.

Hermione eventually became the Head of the Department for Magical Law Enforcement and then went on to take over Kingsley Shacklebolt's position as Minister of Magic.
