Harry Potter: What Happened To EVERY Major Survivor Of The Battle Of Hogwarts?

Thankfully, we don't see Dolores Umbridge during the Battle of Hogwarts, but we do know she was thrilled when muggle-born wizards were being interrogated at the Ministry of Magic. One of the most despised characters in the series, Umbridge really was the worst, and while she did survive after the Battle of Hogwarts her fate didn't involve tea and kittens.

After Voldemort's death at the Battle of Hogwarts, the Ministry of Magic was reformed by Kingsley Shacklebolt, who became the Minister of Magic, and so Umbridge was arrested, tried and convicted. She was given a life sentence for her crimes against muggle-borns, as not all of them survived.

In 'The Cursed Child', set twenty-three years after the Battle of Hogwarts, Albus Potter and Scorpius Malfoy accidentally create an alternate timeline, in which Voldemort wins, leaving Harry dead and Umbridge as the headmistress of Hogwarts. Luckily, this timeline is soon fixed
