20 Horror Franchises That NEED To Come Back

Robert Rodriguez's vampire film From Dusk till Dawn is basically a perfectly formed gem of a movie - an expertly crafted genre-bending exercise packed with pulpy violence and knowing performances.

A direct-to-video sequel and prequel were both released in 1999, neither of which were well-received, and though a fourth film entered development in 2010, it ultimately never came to pass.

Instead, a TV series reboot was produced, which ran for three seasons between 2014 and 2016. But in the decade since the series ended, we've heard nothing substantial about more From Dusk till Dawn content.

Rodriguez did announce that an animated series was in the works back in 2021, but he hasn't said anything else about it since the reveal.

Another decently budgeted From Dusk till Dawn movie which captures the same juicy neo-noir-with-vampires vibe could be seriously awesome, and with blood-suckers becoming very much in vogue once again, there's probably no better time to make it happen.
