How Avengers Endgame Completely Changes Spider-Man: Far From Home's Trailer
5. The Charity Event Could Be Tied Directly To The Snap
The beginning of Far From Home's trailer sees our Friendly Neighbourhood Spider-Man attend a charity event alongside his Aunt May. It's specifically a homeless charity, and given the time jump from Endgame, it's likely that the film will showcase how the world's readjusting to those who've returned from the dead.
What happened to their property? Their finances? All those mundane (but important) details will be broached, with those who have returned now braced for a world that's moved on.
Spidey's appearance is greeted with a rapturous applause, but what might those reporters be asking? He was gone for five years, and it's something the press would notice. Further still, could they be asking him what became of Iron Man and Captain America? Both heroes were major public figures, and with no other member of Earth's Mightiest Heroes particularly good public speakers, it's likely Pete will feel the pressure from that line of enquiry.
Of course, there's also the fact that the cheque addressed to the event is signed by Pepper Potts and not Tony. Pepper has been in control of the company since the Avengers, but Stark's absence was conspicuous all the same.
