9. Zachary Levi As A Wacky Action Sidekick

Fans of Chuck are still waiting for Zachary Levi to get his next big break. Co-star Yvonne Strahovski followed up her role as Sarah with a major recurring role in the final seasons of Dexter before turning to the latest season of 24, throwing in a handful of movies in between. Levi finally got to play Fandral in Thor The Dark World (a role he had to give up on the original Thor when Chuck got unexpectedly renewed) but he didn't quite make the impact we'd hoped for. His brand of humour, action and lovable geekiness would fit perfectly in the world of Indiana Jones. Perhaps, given the sci-fi B movie elements thrown into the last film, his character could be a conspiracy theorist, convinced that aliens landed at Roswell. Naturally he would prove to be a bit of an irritation to Indy, but there would also be plenty of opportunity for Levi's sidekick to prove his worth, balancing humour with a good old fashioned round of fist a cuffs alongside Indiana Jones himself.
