As for the various supporting characters throughout the movie, it's already been mentioned that Professor Brand dies of old age (though the make-up department didn't exactly put much effort in to make Michael Caine look in his nineties), while Cooper's father-in-law Donald (John Lithgow) dies of old age on Earth and is buried in the family garden. As for Cooper's grown son Tom (Casey Affleck), his fate is left ambiguous: he isn't at Murph's bed-side shortly before she passes, so it can be assumed he probably died long before this time. Tom's young son Jesse also dies earlier in the movie, a fact that clearly haunts Tom during the brief instances in which he is seen afterwards. Have you seen Interstellar yet? What did you think?
