2. Kim's Head Explodes...Set To Firework By Katy Perry

As the gang push along in their tank while trying to catch up to Kim (who is now in a helicopter), Kim orders a barrage of gunfire and missiles to be shot at the tank, one of which grazes Aaron (while Skylark seems much more concerned about Digby). Kim prepares to launch some nukes, but before he can give the order, Skylark fires a missile from the tank, leading to a glorious slow-motion sequence set to Firework in which the missile fires into the copter, setting Kim ablaze and causing his head to explode just seconds before the copter crashes to the ground and explodes itself. It's only a shame that the original take of the shot was reportedly much gorier, with the exploding head being less-obscured by the flames. Fans can only dream of how devastatingly brutal it originally looked.
