1. Tony Goes Into Space
Here's one anomaly that's really strange. Merchandising and promotional stills showed off the fact that Tony had developed among his new suits a special spacesuit, yet this doesn't seem to figure in the final film at all. It was this picture which caused many to assume that Tony would end up flying into space to meet the Guardians of the Galaxy or something, and after The Avengers went into space briefly during the finale, it seemed like something logical that wouldn't be out of the realm of possibility. However, it just turns out to be a bit of a disappointing tease in the end. Reports suggest that though the action often gets high up into the air (particularly during the final set piece featuring dozens of Iron Man suits), it doesn't quite leave the stratosphere. Shame.
