2. Doctor Strange
An unlikely, but very welcome cameo might come in the form of the master of the mystic arts - Doctor Steven Strange. If Marvel are looking to put together an Illuminati in the cinematic universe, perhaps Strange could pay Tony a visit to get him on board. Strange is set to appear on the big screen in Phase 3, but no date is set for his film's release and I would doubt any casting sessions have been held yet, so this probably won't happen. But it would be very cool if it did and would bring magic of levels we are yet to see in the MCU to the forefront of it. A more likely first appearance for Strange, however, will be the Thor sequel at the end of this year.
