Is Adrien Brody about to be announced as ANT-MAN?

Take this for what's it worth but both John Campea (former Movie Blog owner, now at AMC) and Latino Review have heard that Adrien Brody could be closing in on a deal with Marvel that would see him portray Ant-Man for Edgar Wright, and presumably The Avengers. Campea said;

Take this for what its worth, but I was just told Adrien Brody is most likely going to be Ant Man for Edgar Wright.
LR followed up;
I personally checked w/my pals at Paradigm (Adrien Brody's agency) & at press time, YES they were pursing Ant Man but got nothing yet.
The movie will be Edgar Wright's next post-Scott Pilgrim, and last month we heard he was gearing up to work on a second draft with same 'level of comedy that IRON MAN has.' We already know that Marvel want a full Avengers cast unveiling at Comic Con this week but we're aren't completely sure whether Ant-Man will be in Joss Whedon's team-up movie, so maybe that the looming deadline has no meaning here? I didn't catch Predators... but has Brody's tentpole acting improved since King Kong??
