Thanks to the Hybrid Network's Twitter account, we've got a look at Marvel Comics' Editor-in-Chief Axel Alonso's new business card. Featured on the card are various familiar depictions of Marvel characters, for the most part dressed in their familiar MCU garb. Included among the characters is Spider-Man. You can see where this is going... https://twitter.com/HybridNetwork_/status/702625257694339072 If all the characters shown there are fairly accurate renditions of the MCU versions - especially Cap, Iron Man and Star-Lord - then it stands to reason that the depiction of Spidey on the card is going to be fairly similar to whatever we see on the screen come Captain America: Civil War, where the wallcrawler is due to make his first MCU appearance. Although actor Tom Holland definitely does not have as beefy a physique as the Spider-Man seen on the above card, it's not to say that the costume itself isn't the same design as what's planned for the movie. Of course, all this seems like a fairly ridiculous way to unintentionally reveal the look of a character - especially considering the lengths that Kevin Feige and co. have gone to to preserve the surprise for the character's debut in Civil War. We'll just have to play the waiting game for final confirmation, and who knows - they may reveal the character in a special trailer or EW cover in the run-up to the film's release.
Captain America: Civil War is released in the UK on 29th April and in the US on 6th May.
