9. Pennywise Waves A Severed Arm

Poor Mike ends up being attacked by Henry Bowers and his gang of bullies, who shove his face into his bag of meat deliveries and try to force him to eat it.

There's also the not-so-subtle implication that Bowers hates Mike for being black, but that's not even the most unsettling and disgusting thing about this scene.

As Mike looks across the river, he sees Pennywise hanging out in the weeds, gnawing on a child's arm, which he raises up to Mike and creepily, hilariously waves around.

It's later stated that a missing boy's severed arm was found in the area, suggesting that Pennywise didn't actually eat the whole thing. How wasteful.
