6. Getting Into The Swing of Things
Another promotional photo featuring Reed and Stewart, this one taps in to the childlike innocence George Bailey and Mary shared when they were, of course, children, and still shared when they grew up. Their marriage and subsequent children did eventually bring reality crushing down on them, but thankfully that also strengthened their relationship. The image also shows how promotional photos haven't changed that much over the years. One can imagine a photo like this being taken for a film made today.
