James Bond: 10 Best Weapons In The 007 Movies

6. Keychain - The Living Daylights

The two 007 films featuring Timothy Dalton prided themselves on having a more realistic take on the Bond formula as opposed to the camp cheesiness of the Moore Era. But that doesn't mean there wasn't room for the trademark Q gadgetry.

The more famous case here being the whistle-activated keychain with two functions besides keeping your keys in one place. First being a knockout gas, taking out anyone in the immediate area almost instantly. This was used when Bond was captured in Afghanistan and his guards were amused by the sound made.

Obviously, guard jobs in 007 films have a low entry-level.

Secondly and more lethally, a single-use explosive device, activated at the sound of a wolf whistle and fatal to anyone in close range. It was this gadget that was used to take out warmonger and big gun enthusiast Brad Whitaker, the device being planted behind a statue of himself and being killed via a combination of the blast and being crushed by his bust.
