James Bond: 10 Bond Girls Who Became Massive Stars

8. Diana Rigg

While to a modern audience she is famous for spitting out witty barbs and stinging retorts that would have even a Lannister recoiling in pain, Dame Diana Rigg first shot to true fame in the 1960s when she took on the role of the most important woman in James Bond's life (sorry Moneypenny). She played Teresa di Vincenzo, a ski enthusiast heroine who would later be known as Tracy Bond, in On Her Majesty's Secret Service. After this, Rigg's career grew and grew, even given her background as a butt-kicking secret agent on TV's The Avengers - she appeared in a string of films and TV shows throughout the subsequent decades, appearing in Agatha Christie adap Evil Under The Sun, Julius Caesar and The Great Muppet Caper, to name but a few. She's currently dominating the cast as the brilliant Lady Olenna Tyrell in Game of Thrones, the family's formidable matriarch, and she's better than ever.
