And we come to No. 1. And I know, it is certainly a controversial one, a female villain. But as the Bond franchise grows more and more modern, its time to get the women fighting tough. We have seen the women betray bond in the past, such as in Casino Royale and in The World is Not Enough, but we want a full on villain, and Marion Cotillard is the woman for the job. She is by far the greatest actress working today, along with Helen Mirren. With her brief role as Talia in The Dark Knight Rises, I am convinced she could pull it off. She has beauty, she has fire and she has the edge to put Daniel Craig to the test.
