James Bond Theme Tunes: From Best To Worst

2. Goldfinger

Artist: Shirley BasseyFilm: Goldfinger http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MagCoUYvIXE This is just utterly iconic- the most famous out of all the tunes, instantly recognisable. So if this classic is not Number One, then what is€?

1. Nobody Does It Better

Artist: Carly SimonFilm: The Spy Who Loved Me http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PNA7DcVppEs I have a feeling as many people will disagree with my number one choice as will agree. It has grown on me over time, and it€™s just a classic. It€™s sensual, lush, enticing. Perfectly summing up not just Moore€™s stint as Bond, but what Bond is all about- well, Bond in the movies, at least. The title says it all, really- And no other Bond song would retain its dignity one covered by Alan Partridge. CLANG! Clangalangalangalangalangalang€ So there you have it! My rankings for the Bond theme tunes. Disagree? Tough! I€™ve got a licence to€er€ write articles online. If you haven€™t heard Adele€™s €˜Let The Sky Fall€™, the number Six ranking on ym list, I suggest you do. It€™s very, very good. Why not listen to numbers 20-1 in preparation for Skyfall, out October 26?
