John Wick 4: Everything We Know So Far
1. Can We Expect Anything Else John Wick Related In The Meantime?
With two years to go until Chapter 4 hits the screen, it’s likely we’ll see the Starz TV series The Continental on the small screen in the gap between main instalments.
The Continental was officially announced in June 2017, and director Chad Stahelski, co-director of John Wick (2014) David Leitch and Keanu Reeves will produce the series. The show will be written by Chris Collins, co-writer of John Wick 3 and other hit shows like The Wire and Sons of Anarchy.
Stahelski will be directing the pilot episode of the show, though no official production date or release date has been set yet. Reeves has been confirmed to reprise his role as John Wick in at least some capacity.
A spin-off film – Ballerina – has also been in the works since July 2017. Following the plot of Chapter 3, it’s safe to assume that the film’s main character assassin will belong to Angelica Huston’s the Director’s organisation.
The film is to be made as the first of several intended spin-offs of the main franchise to establish something of a cinematic universe. It will be produced by Thunder Road, keeping it in the same production family as the main John Wick series. It's unknown if we'll see this film's release before Chapter 4.
