His Role In the Trilogy: Robert Muldoon, the original park's game warden killed by a raptor in Jurassic Park. In the Years That Followed: The following year after starring in the film, Peck was diagnosed with cancer. He continued acting in projects like Surviving Picasso alongside Anthony Hopkins and Julianne Moore, with Harvey Keitel and Peter O'Toole in FairyTale: A True Story and the Chinese historical production The Opium War. Sadly, Peck passed away in April of 1999 at the age of 53, with only one further film released posthumously the following year: The Miracle Maker. In the stop-motion film about the life of Jesus Christ, Peck lent his voice as part of a sprawling cast that included Ray Fiennes, Julie Christie, William Hurt, Alfred Molina and Ian Holm.
