7. An Explanation For The Lack Of Feathers

One of the biggest controversies surrounding Jurassic World has been the decision to not give any of the dinosaurs feathers. It's now well accepted that even the mighty T-Rex probably walked around with a bit of fluff, yet the versions seen in the films are all much more traditional lizards. Well, the film has an explanation for it hidden in the dialogue. When Masrani confronts Dr. Wu about the Indominus Rex, it's revealed everything about the dinosaur designs was purposely done to make them as marketable as possible. As park visitors expect terrible lizards, that's what they got.
