6. A Reference To Nedry's Work Surface

A key Easter egg spotted in the trailer was that Jake Johnson's character was wearing an original Jurassic Park t-shirt. In the film itself that's hardly a hidden gem - Claire points it out and it's used explicitly as a way to show how the events of the first film are regarded in the movie world. However, that's not to say there's not a cool reference to the original film with this character; Lowery Cruthers is repeatedly chastised for having a messy desk, something that the much-less honourable Dennis Nedry was also criticised for. That their characters are polar opposites (Lowery is a very noble techie) only emphasises the parallel.
