Jurassic World: 8 Big Clues Hidden In The TV Spots
4. The Indominus Rex Is Not Mere Flesh And Bone
Testament to how intelligent the newly created Indominus Rex is can be found in one TV spot, where it's discovered the Rex has clawed out its own tracking device to avoid detection by the Jurassic World security team. What's most noticeable about this shot, however, is how strange the clawed flesh of the Indominus Rex appears to be. The lump of meat held in the security team member's hand appears tough and synthetic, completely unlike regular animal flesh, which may go some way to explaining how the Indominus Rex is seen in one shot smashing through solid glass and concrete with its body. This may be a clue, then, as to how difficult it'll prove for InGen's security to take down the beast; as seen in a prime shot from the TV spots, a helicopter machine guns the dino only for the Rex to take the chopper out. In one shot showing the Indominus Rex chasing Ty Simpkins's Gray and Nick Robinson's Zach, bloody bullet holes can be seen in the creature's torso - the high-powered gun hit its mark, but even that wasn't enough to stop Jurassic World's latest attraction.
