1. It's Better Than Jurassic Park 3 - And Maybe Even Part 2
Describinng Jurassic World as "better than Jurassic Park 3" might sound a little like damning with faint praise, but it's certainly one good reason to breath a sigh of relief. Sure, it would be hard to make a film as terrible as the previous entry into the franchise, but the consensus that it's a significant improvement is clearly good news. Some have gone one further and suggested that Jurassic World may actually be the second best movie in the franchise: comparisons with Jurassic Park 2, particularly the manic final act, have been favourably made, with a number of comments released following the premiere suggesting it's more than a worthy sequel that takes fans back to their childhood. All in all, then, it seems as if Colin Trevorrow and his collaborators have lived up to their promise and delivered a long-awaited sequel which hits the spot far more than it misses, and while critics have yet to judge the film for themselves, there seems to be plenty of reasons why Jurassic World will deliver a satisfying experience well worth the price of admission.
