Justice League: 10 Over-Looked Positives

9. The Returning Characters Remain Strong

Ben Affleck seems to have taken some heavy flack for his performance in the film but it's not entirely justified. He does a good job as Batman and continues to be the definitive screen Dark Knight.

As for Wonder Woman, the DCEU's MVP, Gal Gadot continues to be fantastic in the role, blending charisma and humanity with ease. Henry Cavill's Superman is actually better than before, as he no longer has the moody personality of a Twilight vampire and finally the character starts to be fun (although Cavill's performance has always been fine).

Jeremy Irons, Diane Lane and all the other returnees are all still good in their roles, and with the franchise getting so many characters right it makes a cinematic universe full of them so much more appealing.
