Justice League: 10 Ways Deathstroke Could Appear In The DCEU
2. It's Just A Quick Cameo
This would probably be the cruellest outcome, but it may be that Deathstroke is just having a quick, momentary cameo. There is after all literally nothing to suggest he's even in the movie, and while that'd be terrible marketing, we don't really know what this new costume really means.
We could simply get him in a cell or tearing through Gotham in a quick action beat, or Snyder could even go further and have him killed off to really cement the uniqueness of this new universe.
OK, it sounds frankly ridiculous (and it kinda is), but we must cover all options and it's not exactly unprecedented in the DCEU. Flash, Cyborg and Aquaman were hyped for Batman V Superman, yet had next to no presence. Heck, Faora, Jimmy Olsen, KGBeast and Slipknot were all offed without much fanfare, and while Slade Wilson is a rung above all those (bar Superman's Pal), he's not an A-List part of the universe. Don't forget this is the franchise that made a movie pitched on containing the Joker, only to reduce him to a laughing weirdo - anything can happen.
