Justice League: 10 Ways Deathstroke Could Appear In The DCEU

Now this one sounds pretty bonkers, but it's certainly an interesting, unique idea (that I came up with it has nothing to do with my praise of it, kay?). When you really get down to it, we know very little about what the plot of Justice League will concern (unsurprising given that it's still over a year away from release), but the two key points we do have are that Steppenwolf's going to be the big bad and that Batman's forming the team to stop him.

While the Luthor videos and ARGUS files point towards him going for Aquaman, Flash and Cyborg exclusively, there's nothing to say he didn't consider a few other candidates along the way. And who better than one of his fiercest foes? It hews a little close to the idea of Task Force X, something we know from Suicide Squad's mid-credits scene that Bruce Wayne objects to on a fundamental level, but there's definitely wiggle-room morally for him to want to convince a perhaps now-retired Slade to join up, leading to a neat, grounded altercation.

Odds are off on this one, but it'd certainly be a striking introduction to the character and would leave open a very distinct relationship between the pair that could be picked up at any point in a standalone movie.
