7. Batman's Trophies

Away from the main action, there's a meeting at one point in the script between Barry Allen, John Stewart, Batman and Wonder Woman in the Batcave, and the description of the script reveals classic elements that have been missing from Wayne's home since Joel Schumacher was in charge.

The Cave has a number of generations of Batmobiles and previous Batsuits and trophies from villains the Bat had already taken down, including Mr. Freeze’s Cyro-Gun, the Scarecrow’s Mask, and The Penguin’s Umbrella.

It would have been great to see those keepsakes, given how much of that was stripped out of Christopher Nolan's take on Batman and wasn't restored fully by Zack Snyder. Neither film series seemed to fit that sense of fun that the old Batcave had, unfortunately, and it was a big miss.
