Justice League: 18 Easter Eggs & References We Already Know
Zack Snyder loves his Eggs.
There's a very pressing argument for Zack Snyder to be proclaimed the King Of Comic Book Movie Easter Eggs. Sure, James Gunn's infamous Guardians Of The Galaxy mystery egg has defied everyone for years and Marvel are obsessive about their references, but nobody can compete with the intricacy Snyder applies to his movie Easter Eggs.
They're still being found now in Batman v Superman, and it wouldn't at all be a surprise if fans don't uncover the final references in Justice League for a good few years. Rather ingeniously, that makes it necessary to watch his comic book movies multiple times to fully enjoy the complexity of his approach to film-making.
And rather handily for him, multiple viewings are the best way to appreciate his work.
So it should come as no surprise that Justice League already looks absolutely stuffed with comic book Easter Eggs, obscure references and lore, and it's going to be another opportunity to celebrate the genius level of Snyder's observations. Provided it's bright enough to see them all...
