15. The Flash's Skeleton

The background of The Flash's "lair" that Bruce Wayne creepily infiltrates (and just sits in the dark casually in for who knows how long) is full of little details and Easter Eggs.

For instance, he reads lots of books (including on Windows 98 and Investment), he seems to be monitoring the entire city and he has the kind of messy work-surfaces only real geniuses could abide.

More notably, there's also an Easter Egg referring to one of his most famous heroic moments in the comics.
